Our provider had blocked the shared IP address for this server (accounts with a dedicated IP address weren’t affected).
We’re in contact with our provider to have more details about their recent change in policy with regards to abuse (e.g. phishing). Blocking an IP address for a simple phishing page, with no previous alerts, is just crazy.
