As announced in our Migration 2017 plan (https://help.alwaysdata.com/en/advanced/migrations/2017-software-architecture/), the old hostnames formats in the form of [service].alwaysdata.com, are now removed from our platform. imap.alwaysdata.com, pop.alwaysdata.com, ftp.alwaysdata.com and webdav.alwaysdata.com won’t be reachable anymore. Those hostnames are deprecated for the last two years. We encourage you to check your configurations match the [service]-[account].alwaysdata.net shape. |
